PET GROOMING

We are thrilled to offer your pet the safest, most one-on-one grooming experience in town!

***Online appointments are subject to confirmation by your groomer. Please check your texts or email after booking as appointment requests are frequently moved earlier or later depending on dog breed/size/difficulty and the groomer’s existing schedule.

We charge $80 per hour for puppy firsts, bubble baths, and full grooms and a flat $80 for a lion cut + nails for cats.

Because grooming cost is based on time, aggressive/difficult dogs or dogs with excessive matting will end up costing more, but we will keep you updated throughout your appointment via text if it will be longer than we quote at drop off.

PRIVATE BEHAVIOR CONSULTATIONS

A 30 minute one-on-one consultation with a pet professional to explore self-selected topics ranging from

  • new dog ownership,

  • addressing the highly individualized and changing needs of aging, disabled, or highly anxious dogs,

  • developing basic dog grooming skills to use at home (such as trimming nails, brushing out knots, desensitizing your anxious dog to the grooming process),

  • basic dog psychology and the roots of problem behaviors, and

  • learning how to implement adaptive techniques to curb unwanted behaviors in puppies, rescues, and everything in between.

GROUP WORKSHOPS/PRIVATE GROOMING CLASSES

We are now offering both a Kids 12-17 Pet Grooming Workshop and an Adult Pet Grooming Workshop for those who want or need to groom their dogs at home. Workshops are offered intermittently from 9 am - 2 pm on Sundays and are all inclusive: tools, grooming equipment, even shampoo! Students get a model dog to practice on and take home at the end of the workshop and are welcome to bring their own dog to practice with as well, though behavior and overall safety will determine to what extent. We also offer private, one on one grooming class, all inclusive, for $120/hour with a one hour minimum. Most small dogs will take between 2-3 hours for the full groom and larger dogs between 3-4 hours. We are more than happy to tailor the class to whatever you want to learn so please contact with your dog’s breed, weight, and your familiarity with grooming/what you want to work on to get a more accurate quote.
